I'll choose Officer Tenpenny! (Only because the guy who does his voice, Samuel L Jackson, supports Liverpool FC. that and because he just rules).

As much of a huge Vercetti fan that I am, Niko Bellic does give Tommy a run for his money.
In fact, he probably is a better character (in terms of character depth and such), although Tommy will always be badass, and an awesome character to me.

Tommy / niko.

tommy was the one who was somewhat an original, and not cursing every line he has. He was also the funniest.

Niko was really a nicer person, who was dragged into the gang and mafia stuff by the people he killed and worked for / with. He was like a funny one too.

I've chosen CJ and Tommy because CJ because of the lifestyle he lives and in some parts he is very funny and Tommy because the rest that are in the list are not as cool as him so it was left with him.
