Like Azkiller said it's impossible to make a time when 64 players could meet at the same time. And imo it's easier if the teams just schelude the time when they can play instead of anything else.
P.S u can try to contact the other team in pms/ingame/on IRC and schelude the time. After u've finished the match u post the scores here.

Nope, Halo/Hyoga have to fight them. I'm pretty sure that fight won't happen though, haven't seen any of the 4 lately..
