what does it do please? I have problems with pc lag, getting very low frame rates sometimes, especially when there's a lot going on. can this help?

its like frame limiter off but you can adjust the fps limit. i have /fpslimit 25 and its fine for me. when much is going on and ur laggin this is caused either by processor or ram or maybe even graphic card.

i just do /fpslimit to fit my perfect fps.
