Glue a bottle of water onto the floor under a car's break pedal.

put water into a bowl, and let it sit so its at room temperature, then when someones asleep...
dip their hand in the water, and they should pee themselves
or, put glue or something in their shampoo
that always sucks ^

I've heard it a lot before.
I remember years ago watching a family guy episode (I think... I've stopped watching family guy but still watch simpsons- haven't seen the episode for a while) where Peter sticks a bunch of pregnant women's hands in warm water and they all give birth, kind of making a joke on that 'urban myth.'
