I cant belive this shit , i tryd to uninstall the sa-mp patch and download it again ..
but ffs sa-mp.com closed so i cant get that patch .. some one plz upload it for me or somthin ...

Not sure if this will be of any help...but I have a wireless connection and I've noticed that when my ping is high..is because my wireless connection is having some difficulties. So I disable it and then enable it again....that seems to fix my problem 90% of the time.
