First off please check the last Log in Date on the snowman account and post it, i was in CALIFORNIA for 3 weeks and was no where near a Computer let alone even wanting to play GTA: online
Second you say that the IP Adress Above is "71.28.250.207" That is NOT my IP please Check all the Ip adress's that the snowman account has used you will not see that as my IP
If you say That the IP adress 71.28.250.207 is mine, How come when i do www.ipchecken.com it tells me that my IP is 96.228.246.92
So how do i go from 96.228.246.92 AS MY CURRENT IP ADDRESS. to 71.28.250.207 I think any one that knows anything about computers will know that you cant change the First 2 Numbers of your IP address

It looks like to me that you have a Major glitch in your server someone was able to get into your server with the name "snowman" without logging in
Because like i said for the 15th time that is not my IP. ITS IMPOSSIBLE for me to have that kind of IP because the first 2 numbers i CANT CHANGE
I came into the server for the first time in almost 3 weeks under the IP 96.228.246.92 and the name "george_bushRocks" i had no problems telling everyone in the server that it was me snowman.
I just wasted 5 mins of my life typing everything i just typed. Im 20 years old Bakura I dont know how old you are but dont talk to me like some 13 year old kid.
Nakebod or someone please Check all the IP's I have used. Do an IP Info on 96.228.246.92 and the name snowman will come up, it will say i was logged into that account like 3 weeks ago.
I have 400 Million in my snowman account with 456 hours why the hell would i moeny cheat? I mean big deal i got banned for something i didnt do. Its not the end of the world for me.

Actually you can. If you would know anything about computers at all you should know there's little to worry about when posting your IP Address; we log all IP addresses you use to join Las Venturas Playground and all administrators have access to those. You really are not interesting enough for hackers to be a target, the few people who still have the required knowledge to hack other systems have better things to do.
Next to that, the way your IP address can change it totally dependant on the ISP you are using. Some ISP's have different ranges which change the entire address, including the first two digits, whereas others give you an address in a specific /16 or /24 range. I'm not going to interfere with the decisions made by administrators in this case, however, telling a management member to "watch your mouth" isn't a smart move.

Admins do not have access to passwords or such, so please refrain to accuse us of setting something up against you.
Unless someone, by magic, comes up with solid, undeniable proof that you didn't cheat, this ban won't be reconsiderd; Up until now, there is only proof that you did cheat. To stop you from thinking up conspiracy's: No, we do not modify logs.
