If you can provide us a free 100 mbit server with a few TB traffic each month with ~99.99% uptime, we can start thinking of free services for all players.
I'm sure you can't give that to us, so we need to pay for hosting.
And for hosting, we need money. And guess how we try to get the money? By giving everything away for free?

yea, i was thinking of donating too. Mainly because it's been something i've spent alot of time on and it's made and ran by people and not a corporation (that's right, GIVE ME FREE HALO ONLINE ON PC BUNGIE YOU #%#$$s, lol). But yea, i don't like paying for online gaming but there are exceptions.
