Sure. Just say how big the things have to be and what things you want to have.
Example: button 40 x 20 pixels big or so?
I don't know how to make a website but I can do graphics.

Your total free in it, dunno if you know exactly how to make it compatible for joomla. Might wanne google for it first :>

Best idea is to get a template, then just swap the images for your own

Well, I find it easy. Then you have no worries that it won't turn out right, because of a lack of web 'coding' experience.
