In my world, totally pwnd isn't when the winners refill how often they like to.
I think [H] is the only gang who not refill "exception exist obvious". 

Yea sure.
You was 6 vs 15 but the biggest part of [H] where new recruits. 
We are not allied with HC4L.

Well, i see [H] run often for health & armor.
Lately i see more and more, I got no problems with that.
If they feel like running, the only thing bothers me is,
[H] is the biggest part that shoots at FC, like they get a adrealine kick for doin' it, rofl.
