Of course they do. If you take all of his pings measured, say 10, you do <10x a ping> : 10 = Average ping.

Meh, I saw that before, after some seconds it just dropped to 150 or something like that, I saw something else which was also funny, some guy living in the future causing him to have negative ping

Ping 65k happens when joining the game. Sometimes it stays indeed, but I never "fought" someone with a ping that high.

lol i tryed to kill a guy with ping that high. he was driving and the glitching was so bad, he couldn't drive past the ship.
