Lemme just sum things up for you.
The speedometer hack only allows you to see what speed you're going - that doesn't mean it makes you go faster. If a mod changes the physics of the game, then it is considered disallowed, otherwise, things like this are ok.
Now, please can you get back ontopic to the speeding tractor!

That speedo meter is not a Mod. It was scripted with Pawn, And everyone can see it when they enter a tractor!
