Oh, i was just joking. Clearly the server isnt sophisticated enough to protect "itself" from anything. I have no idea why Cobra was kicked. Who is "us" though?

Judging by the ban section that kick is nothing compared to someone getting banned for 3 days for fighting with a ping over 500.

Even then having two separate ping rules is absurd. The old ping limit was at a range of 600-700. No kick was needed otherwise.
