Yeah. I'm not 100% percent certain but I have read it somewhere on a Belgian news website in the comments section. It being China, I can surely hold that option plausible.

I saw the full film of it,the first car passed on the kid "front tires only" then with the back tires after that a other car passed on the kid bike running around people passing by then till the woman grab the kid

I saw this a few days ago (I think a day or two before this topic was posted). It was horrible to watch and imagine what pain that kid was going through. Fortunately for her there's no more pain as she's now dead. She was only two years old.
