Knife can desync people quite easily.

The knife is an absolute no go. It isn't synced properly in SA-MP and has a lot of bugs.
The ship will have some changes in the next version so this won't be an issue.
As for the pickups, you would have to create a new topic with a poll with yes/no options for pickups to be removed.
