im am not sure if my ip is dynamic but i was round my mates playing the other day but from now on as i have just reinstalled it will be the ip address i used the other night not quite sure what my ip is or how to find out sorry

I'd have to dig in the logs for money, which I will if you want, no problem.
As for the teleporting, I started watching because of, IIRC, 2 increases on his name. I saw him teleport several times within a short time, without using the servers commands. And it weren't exactly places you could go with commands anyway.
