you cant know who cheats and who not, some people are using cheats very carefully, and then there is no way you could know they cheat. you'r pathetic if you want to play with cheaters
and you say most people want it clean, we want it too but as bani said "we get busted everyday", when someone makes video of us, everyone will say "busted" when we bust someone and make a video, everyone will say "PTM fails" its just that half of sa-mp are jealous of PTM. You have no clue how much people ask me to join PTM everyday, and not random people, but people who have flamed PTM before and hated it, they start making excuses of saying "my leader made me flame you" and so on..
