Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - xBlueXFoxx - 04-28-2011 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161315 4670 is a decent card, should run BO med/high, but unless you upgrade your CPU, any newer models will most likely be useless. Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - Kase - 04-28-2011 Remember to check if what you're buying is compatible with other pc parts, especially motherboard, or you'll end up wasting loads of money. I recommend buying a high-end PC, so you won't need to buy other parts in a year or so. I'd go for a quad core, i5 and a 5xxx or 6xxx ATI HD series (remember to check DX11 compatibility). But yeah it's up to you. Hitman made a cool topic about gaming PCs, take a look there. Oh and to run BO, BC2 and GTAIV smoothly a quad-core is a must imo.
Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - Rien - 04-28-2011 cheap = sucky, honestly. If you want a pc that will be able to run IV, you won't be able to get 'cheap' parts. Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - Rien - 04-28-2011 Would be nice if ExoticBud gives us a budget he's willing to spend
Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - Kase - 04-28-2011 Yeah, and keep in mind you won't go far with less than 400€.

Does it fit with my specs? Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - xBlueXFoxx - 04-28-2011 200$ is enough to get an HD 4850 and a nice quad core CPU IF you get it used off eBay. [Edit] that card should fit with your specs, you'll be able to play BO med/high, but GTAIV you pretty much MUST have a quad core. Re: Time to make Gameplay faster! - Kase - 04-28-2011 Well, obviously used stuff on eBay, but yeah still good I guess. Never had the chance to use eBay though
