And yeah, being slow at learning could be a problem if you're willing to create an awesome website from scratch. But still, you won't find someone to create a whole website for free.

Don't waste money on a clan website man. I have been running [5iN] clan without a site since the beginning and we are still the most successful SA-MP clan ever.

Me and Kase are working on a project, it's a website platform written in PHP, it will feature almost everything normal websites has (articles, profiles, comments, pages, blog etc..) with full customization properties. By doing this we will have a steady platform to be shipped out with our own made templates which only takes us about 2 hours to make and thus we can sell websites very cheap, some possibly free but as you need one now I'm afraid we can't help you.
