The reason that there is no unban note in the history, is because the complete IP ranges were banned, and no specific IP(s). Tad sloppy of Matthias to not add a note or reply in the topic though, but you were definitely unbanned before you joined.
For the crew: I pasted logs of Matthias unbanning him in the ban information thread.

Indeed. I've checked around and unbanned some IPs and IP ranges, and I think you're properly unbanned now.
