You need vegas, end of story. And if you're more experienced - aftereffects.
I haven't done any moviemaking in samp, doesn't the unregistered version of fraps leave a watermark?
And why are most of the movies in prehistoric 4:3 resolutions? Record on 1280x720p, please!

Why is someone suggesting Sony Vegas here? Just use Windows Movie Maker, it will suit you perfectly.

You're right, however I was just giving my opinion. I told him what I use when I need to edit a video.
Btw saying to someone to use Movie Maker isn't a suggestion. Supposedly everyone knows it.

It can record and once you're done recording you can edit it within the same program.
