Oh, I thought you meant the sound at 0.23
The sound at 0.26 is a weird growl, according to the sound it makes it might be a sliding tire a little bit distorted by your soundcard

what i meant was watch it from 0:23, so you dont miss it. it must be a soundcard failure, or something caused by lag, if not it means that there is a ghost that uses my pc to transmit his voice. xDDD
