read the title it says CAR/SKIN/OTHER.
If you have alot of them they can make you lag.

I very doubt this part. Even with a leet computer like mine i never get more than 70-80 FPS in SAMP. 200+ in other games like COD4 etc are easy though.

just disable the frame limiter and then its just a question of youre mashine

Yes, I'm pretty sure the yellow number in the top right hand corner says 200FPS...
Of course it's possible. Frame limiter and VSync - no limit.
