Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - [SAE]Grim - 11-07-2010 I just realized that this game will use old weapons and old tanks and all that fucking crap. I hope im seeing wrong If i wanna play with old weapons i can just go play medal of honor wich sucks donkey dick I enjoy playing with modern weapons, specially on this game. The sounds are awesome and u feel that u got alot of power compared to using WW2 fucked up guns And the new tank interface is utter crap. If we dont even get red iron sights on these guns then fuck you vietnam! Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - Turkey - 11-07-2010 You do know when the Vietnam war took place, right? Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - [SAE]Grim - 11-07-2010 Yes? Still dont have to make it like it was back then, they already did that with Battlefield vietnam. No need to do that shit again Could still make a game with war in vietnam without having it based of a true story Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - Danny - 11-07-2010 You can't have a game set in the Vietnam war which isn't based on events that happened in the Vietnam war. Nor could you have weapons that were invented in the 21st century in a game set 30 years earlier. Anythings possible with a computer idk why they're remaking the old bf ietnam anyway, way to suck in more moneyLazy cunts. This game had potential. Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - Danny - 11-07-2010 You could, of course you could. But it'd be unrealistic, and Bad Company 2 is meant to be as realistic as possible. You wouldn't do it the same way you wouldn't make a game with American troops in Iraq fighting with swords and canons. Also, it's not just about money. They made it for the people who will buy it, and who will enjoy it. If that's not you, fine, just don't go slagging it off -especially as it looks like a pretty decent expansion. Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - Turkey - 11-07-2010 EA/DICE is fucked up right now anyway. Instead of finishing one title and releasing it bug- & lagfree they are working on...like 4 titles at the same time. What happend with Battlefield 1943 for the PC? It has been delayed for over 2 years already. Now they announced a new game they are working on, which is called "Battlefield: Play4Free". Battlefield: Play 4 Free Announcement Teaser - Trailer HD It obviously looks like BF2 (Karkand anyone?) probably on the Frostbite engine 2.0. Next to that they are working on Battlefield 3. Don't forget about the bugfixing for MoH and BC2. EA = more buggy games in shorter time - more money. Its a remake of BF2 only free, but with micro transactions (like buying certain perks, ranks or upgrades). The game will incorporate aspects of Bad Company 2 (weapons, and few other things) but I don't think it's using the frostbite 2.0 engine it's probably just the BF2 engine upped a bit with a few visuals tweaks. The patch deal yea I agree with you, but I am also wondering how much the engine (frostbite 1.5), steam, and etc., all play into releasing a patch. Re: Bad Company 2: Vietnam - Sean3 - 11-09-2010 Is this even coming out?
