Indeed. There may be some corruption within police departments (perhaps more so in certain countries), but overall they are a key element in our society. Without them, we'd have anarchy—and any educated person will tell you just how truly asinine that concept is. (I'd like to point out right now that any supporters of anarchy are, quite honestly, fucking retarded. You have absolutely no knowledge of how government and law are important and you should be killed with fire.)
