Don't flatter yourself. Be glad that bans at requests aren't up to Administrators, but Management. If it were up to Admins, you would have been banned the second you made your request.

Like I said. It's not up to us (Administrators). It's up to them (Management). And they don't tend to give bans on requests that easily.
