Anyway, I read that it was just that 2 bits were set to either 0 instead of 1 or vice versa.

The Voyager 2, a spaceship which is on the edge of the solar system (the furtherest spaceship from earth) which was designed to communicate with external life forms, has started sending back odd signals that scientists cannot interpret, which is why there is a lot of speculation around it.
