The CPU you have chooice is crap.
Intel have come out with 2 series after the release of the q9400 "witch never was a good cpu to start with".
And you really need a good cpu for what you are gonna use the computer for, Playing gta iv.
EDIT:
Here is a test in gta iv for diffrent cpus.
As you can see AMD is the best performance choice if you skip the intel extreme cpu witch also cost 1000 euro witch i dont think you are gonna get anyway.
But as you told us before you wanted a intel. Therefor i recommend the Core i5 750 witch has best performance / price of the intel cpus.

You can say bit the speed video memory and video processsor communicates in.
HD 5770 has only 128bit but they got very fast ddr5 memory witch made up the lost.
Take a rubber tube as a example.
You can have a big rubber tube ( 512bit example )
Or a small rubber tube with higher pressure witch in the end means they can transport same amount of water.

What other 3D or CPU intensive things are you going to be doing other than gaming? If its just for gaming, go with the AMD rig.
For the AMD rig, drop the motherboard to a GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P and up the video card to a HD 4890.
