This punishment was implied two days ago (IIRC)
Anyway, #care. Chelsea don't need any players at the moment. As long as they don't loose any they'll be fine. Good news for Liverpool though if they loose quite a few in the next transfer market
I hope it applies to ManU too. They're still investigating that afaik. They shouldn't pressure players and put them in them type of situations.

I said I saw it on Sky Sports News the other day, but had no way of getting on the internet for about a week. And I only just got the idea to post it after seeing XiZ talking in the UEFA Champions League thread.
