Ben's semi-right. Maybe a money AND playtime requirement?

Yes, it requires money to buy your own house in LVP 3.0.
No, it won't be ingame money.

Sweet! Are you taking PayPal?

Re: Can I buy permanent House or Something like that? - Sander - 08-10-2007

Yes, Paypal and direct bank transfer, but more details will follow later for the public when we release LVP 3.0 + the new website (Already available for LVP VIP's) .
Or, if you want to donate/support LVP you can send me a PM on the forum, I can give you the details then.

Speaking of that; how much will a house cost? 5-10$?

Well, for houses we'll be looking for around 15EURish. But atm, we aren't talking too much about the houses, as they along with the full dontation options will be available when LVP3 is released.

I maybe got a nice idea to make it work.

Houses should be rentable not buyable.
In this way you could make a timer on it, when the timer expires the house is rentable again.
Lets call this the 1st phase.
If someone forgets to re-rent it again, it still stays their property but a second timer will go.
This is the time where after expiring you will loose the building.
Lets call this the 2nd phase.
And the 3th phase has no owner.

If a house would be worth $ 5 mil. in the 3th phase (no owner), It would cost 50% extra in the 2nd phase to buy.
If someone buys the house while it still was in 2nd phase that 50% goes to the previous owner.
And of course in the 1st phase a owner can sell it like he wants.

Thats quite complicated. Also put that in the CSI section, because it is an idea :D
