With mods you usually delete the files you are trying to mod and then you add the modded files, after that you just click rebuild archive. That may explain why your car is white, you probably didn't rebuild the archive.

ye it worked thanks erin , when i was reading that site they didint say to rebuild it >.<  haha thanks alot , maybe u know how can i change buildings in gta sa ? I have one mod but how i add it ?

No problem! I believe that building mods work in the same way but I'm not sure if that's true since the last time I did a building mod was two years ago. I'm afraid I can't really help with that.

Well your  building mod has an included SAMI file i see, so just use SAMI (= San Andreas Mod Installer) to install that mod.

SAMI. Google is your friend. Just google SAMI. A mod is installed in 20 secs.  :D

i had sami , but it was like wrong version or something so i tried to like get new version but then i downloaded something it started to update files like (windows xp win.ge.) and shit like that so i canceled the update was afraid they can fry my PC lol with new files and stuff
