It probably wont be scripted in PAWN, most likely another language, I could be wrong. If it was scripted in PAWN, that would save me a lot of time that I'd have to spend on learning a new language, seeing that PAWN is the only one I know.

I don't think SA:MP will die, besides, as that guy said, IV:MP is not related at all with SA:MP or its community, so I think it depends of people who really loves GTA IV to move on that; also, not everyone can run GTA IV as they run San Andreas...
