I also get this but I've noticed its only in one place every time and that's near the FC on LVP. Not sure if its in single player as I don't play that any more :p

Mods are not allowed on LVP :)
And I thought SA-MP wouldn't start with mods?

SA-MP will start, I don't know how it checks for mods but I don't think it does a hash check on every file. Cause the mod contains a file which you replace for the original and you'll be able to look a bit further.
I've used it and it's quiet nice, it does ask a bit more powerful PC.

Mods ARE allowed in SA-MP (apparently)

Me and Goat talked about the draw distance mod. Pretty cool lol. Benbmyers just pretty much admitted he might have once experimented with it though lol.
