Yeah it's one of the things that Peter has created when he was in a let's say ''creative'' mood.
Even Santa could design it better.
But it's quite fun! You can finnaly stay 5 minutes in the air with an para, Great!

I u look at the tower, it looks like it has been made from the bridge supports all stacked on top of each other. Its well good to jump off of though, me and Goat do it frequently.
It was a great idea, u shud put on at the top of the highest tower in Los Santos :p
