I didn't know h00ligan that well.
I know he wanted to join grannies, and when that didnt suit him, he wanted to come back. And also I thought he was often laggy as hell.

he dont have lags animore, we should recruit him self if he isnt that good , we can train  him like we did with sarge and evilgate
