i don't think u get cash by killing them anymore, cuz a friend killed me when i had 3m in cash, and i told him to bank it, and he didn't know what i was talking about. So i think the "Killing and get their cash" thing is gone o.O to bad if it is

If the guy you kill does have money withdrawn , then you will get it. I've had to bank numerous millions lately cause players are just too lazy to go to ATM's and bank their money so some of them are running around loaded.
