What time (exactly) do you want to do?: Any time in the evening (apart from 7:30 GMT to 9:30), but to be precise... 7pm to 8pm (GMT) would be good.
Any extra info (whats in the show etc)?: Mostly music, but I can do news/talking/comedy/competitions etc.
