The guy on the left is the host of the show. He didn't have time to prepare with his guests so he has no idea what's waiting for him. They start talking and when the guy starts talking(after the woman on the right) he slowly loses it after getting himself back together a few times.

But, As several people here said; it is real, not a fake,
The presentator got fired from his job, and is now working for a radio station.
It was a Belgium show by the way. And an old video too.

? He is from "In de Gloria" and it is just a sketch, nothing serious.And he is definately not working for the radio, he is an actor, played in Matrioshki I and "Het Eiland" which is similar to "In de Gloria". (his name is Tom van Dyck if you'd like to know
