It's part of the GTA IV HUD for the San Andreas Mod. Since in GTA IV you can see your Phone in the lower right corner, they made it similar to it. It pops up every time I press "P" and is supposed to show the time. But it only does in SP.

oh btw Ryder, you can stop that phone from appearing in some config file, so it doesn't pop-up everytime you're typing

Might do just that. Since the phone has not interfered in any big way yet, doesn't really bother me that much. But thanks for the advice anyways.
