Witness doesn't help, a crew member saw you 2 shot, take the ban, and stop evading / flaming, as you'll only get a longer ban by doing it.

+ Someone may say it, but hey, that's your gangmate(Strika) so of course he rather has you unbanned then banned. And Mystery_Maker too, as you said, but then again, I trust FateTrip more then him.
