(= Windows 95, 98, Windows Media Center Edition, XP, Vista, Linux OpenSuSE and Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard) And of all that operating systems, Vista works best and stable. Re: My new PC - azerty - 01-11-2009 hmmm sweet pc
Re: My new PC - Terror - 01-11-2009 how much money did you waste ? Re: My new PC - Thug - 01-11-2009 €1250,- The graphic card was around €470,- and the processor €270,- Re: My new PC - cloakster - 01-11-2009 You would've gotten better parts for the same price if you built it yourself
Re: My new PC - Hitman - 01-11-2009 Oh Thug dont forget to overclock your CPU, its great to overclock like all Intel E8xxx and Q9xxx Series. My Q9550 (4x 2.83GHz) is running at 4x 3.4GHz, completely stable. And that with a cheap cooler, if i'd buy a better one for like 20-30€ I bet i would get my CPU to run stable at 4x 3.6 or even 3.8GHz. I love the extra power =] PS: Intel P45 are great to overclock. Since the P45 is quite a bugfixed P35 + PCI-Express 2.0 Slots, the P35 Boards should have great overclocking features too.
