I see exactly where you're coming from, but sometimes one person's mistake can ruin a whole cruise...
But I still see your point. It'd be nice to have this adminonly, but so you can do it to other players. I think it already exists in that form though, so all is well.

I think admins can only reapir cars themselves, not for other players... idk! But they defintly cant /flip there car.. I think!

But if it will be admin only it will be fine. As Tomozj said, 1 person's driving can mess up a whole cruise.. so if they could just repair other cars by /rc or something it would be better. But on the other hand, it is indeed a part of cruises.
