And by "funny" i mean: quite nice.I'm 15 (gonna turn 16 this september), I listen to some metal hybrids, especially Nightwish, In Extremo, Machinae Supremacy. Also, all kind of game OSTs (Original SoundTracks), sometimes punk rock bands, like Rise Against, Billy Talent and KillRadio.
If you like Powerglove (the band fat0's post linked to), you might want to see Machinae Supremacy as well.
They claim to be "power metal + heavy metal + video game (that means mostly that funny, yet oddly sounding SID sound chip, that was used years ago in Commodore 64)", or, as they say, "SID Metal". http://www.myspace.com/machinaesupremacyThe songs on their myspace site are focused on "metal" part of SID metal, though. You can find lots more SID-based demos on their site (especially "Sidology" trilogy - basically remakes of old game music themes).
