Technically that would be possible, but bandwidth usage would increase, just as the server load.

@ Peter, true, thats a fact, but the filesize doesn't have to be much larger then it's now.
Only problem is server load.. but if you cache the GD images for x minutes, it isn't realtime, but it won't screw the server load too much I think.

Theres no real problem with bandwidth; I have 100GB/day limit so its never going to be touched.
The littlewhitey userbars have been up for 140days, and only used 5242.3312MB, so yea, should be ok, but i dont read dutch.. so that site meant nothing to me
