Try now, we found out the problem was related to vehicles, and corrected it.

:wTHANK YOU VERY MUCH NOW ALREADY I CAN BUY PROPERTIES, BUT WHEN BETWEEN THE USER NO0NE IT GAVE TO ME MONEY >:), RAZON:NO FOR WHICH :X, I KNOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO ARMOUR THE CARS? IF IT WENT THIS WAY IN THAT PLACE the LVth CAN ARMOUR THE CARS?

Try not right in Caps. And use proper english. I hardly knew what you just said. But no you cant armour up cars  :?
