I think we should change it to players actually have to drive to there property to sell it, whether they have owned it more for than 25 minutes or not. It is more realistic that way as well.

How about this setup. You can sell them from a distance, but you'll only get, say, %70 of the property's cost back. It would allow tycoons to take the easy way out, while aspiring players can work for more monies.

Sounds good. Having the option of chosing to be either lazy, and get less money back, or be a real RP-er and drive to your props for the most money possible; simply perfect. But yeah, definetely get something like /sellall instead of separately selling all props and spamming the mainchat.

Aye, that's the bit I don't like. Takes RP out of one of LVP's biggest RP features.

But come on, its a good idea. Dont you all get annoyed when somebody /sell s his properties and the chat gets spammed for a entire minute?

PS: /sellall should sell all properties you own for more than 30 minutes, not all you have.

after reading whole issue, i think there should be a place like planning center not only for properties but for much other thing where you could manage all your properties and other if introduced. This can also lead to the cause me new ideas for properties and other stuff as that would look little bit more rp because when you can get every thing by a command, the server get bored quickly.
