But based on the things I've seen, my guessis that the minimum would be something like:
Intel C2D @ 2.2 GHz, 1 GB memory, and probably at least a GeForce 8600 with 512 MB video memory.
And probably the recommend specs near:
Intel C2D @ 2.66 GHz, 2 GB memory, GeForce GTX260/275 with 1 GB video memory
Or the equivalent CPU from AMD and/or the videocard from ATI.
Compared to CoD:WaW:
AMD 64 3200+/Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz or better
512MB RAM (XP)/1GB RAM (VISTA)
256MB Nvidia Geforce 6600GT/ATI Radeon 1600XT or better
