It will be on the PC, when PCs catch on. They need to be a little better before we can see games like this able to be fiddled with to run. Same superb quality? Maybe. Who knows what will happen - technology is moving forward and evolving so fast.
I think Rockstar might need to port this game over to OSX too, as lots of users are switching over. They've done it with Max Payne, when conversion utilites were impossible to find. Now, there's a small DirectX > OpenGL convert helper or something to help companies transfer games over to OSX. OSX will be able to run it quite nicely IMO
