i have no idea what that means turkeystar* but i mean that i have be disapointed by many gta games in the past, so even if the graphics are the best of the best, without a good storyline or long story line i will be disapointed

A game is easily ruined by a crap engine. That's what's made the GTA games the best - the engine. It's really smooth and easy to use, whereas games like Driver3's movement is really stuff and unnatural. As Rockstar are rewriting the GTA engine, there's a risk of a big messup. But, judging on what reviewers say, it sounds as if Rockstar have done it right. I don't think they'd ever release a GTA with a fucked up engine. They'd never be able to recover.

And, VCS sucked IMO. The engine used in VCS was the same as the rest of the GTAs, so you can't imply that it's different.

OPM had a preview of GTA4 too
It's another interview with Dan Houser in which is being said the emphasis will be on quality rather then quantity. He also said GTA4 will be a more serious game then the previous ones (which isnt a good thing imo) and you won't be a very, very rich guy at the end. Anyways, read it yourself
