I just ran around with the shotgun, that with the motion sensor guarantees you kills, you'll have the M95 in no time.

All kits? That's the recon class?

At the weapon selection, down the bottom should be "all kit" weapons which can be used with any weapon, dunno what rank they unlock at though.

Darn, okay. Thanks!
I'll check it out later.. But I don't like the two snipers I have right now. That Semi-action is shit, and the M24's range and damage aren't high enough. Sooo, yeah.. Plus, an RDS would be quite handy for close range.

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - Flyby - 04-11-2010

It doesn't take long to upgrade recon unless your just camping out with a sniper and doing little as possible in helping the team. As you have to remember team > k/d ratio it doesn't matter how many kills you get they will not grant as many points as actually helping the team. This means using motion sensors, spotting, planting/disarming, and etc.,

Also ranking up quick is actually kind of easy I've done it at a really fast pace (rank 32 after buying the game 2-3 weeks late and having less hours then most on my friends list). The trick is to make note of the requirements on your badges (worth 5-10k a piece), weapon stars (500 bronze, 1k silver, 5k gold, and 10k platinum for each weapon), vehicle stars (same as weapon stars), and stationary (same). With weapon stars bronze requires 25 kills, silver 50, gold 100, and to get platinum you need 10 gold stars accumulated for a gun (1000 kills). In the case for pistols and vehicles I think gold stars are actually set to 50. This can be found under "My Stats" and "Weapons and Gadgets" on the menu.

The recon class I think gets its biggest boost from magnum bullets which really add a lot of damage to your shots so even that shitty auto sniper can kill in 2-3 hits rather then 4-5. Although the difference are a lot less noticeable in hardcore were every sniper is almost 1 shot kill so you can try playing on there for a while to upgrade quicker.

Hardcore is ass. Full of wookies and teamkillers.

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - Flyby - 04-11-2010

Becomes a sniping fest, but some people play on it exclusively.

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - Maka - 04-11-2010

Problem is, I don't dig hardcore. :P

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - Flyby - 04-11-2010

don't either but it was a suggestion if you wanted to upgrade quicker with recon.

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - 8Ball - 04-11-2010

As much as I love this game I can't play it on my own. Its a team game and joining random lobbies with shit squads just doesn't make it fun.
Only 1 of my friends play it and he doesn't really like it so if anybody has an Xbox and this game add me - x Illmaticz

Re: BF: Bad Company 2 - Flyby - 04-14-2010

I vote that we rename m60 into "OMGAWD NUBLET PWNAGE"

and the ww2 pistol (m1a1 or some shit) into "ONE HANDED SNIPER"

thank you.
