Activission wouldn't do that.
Pretty much everyone who has a PC, XBox or Ps3 will buy CoD games, not releasing them on the Ps3 would mean they'd make alot less money.

OnLive will fail, unless it works flawlessly.
And if there's thousands of players using it, it's gonna end up lagging sooner or later. And people don't want lag when they're playing a game, especially not in Single Player.
